Mike Feloney, Executive Director
Mike brings over twenty years of public and private sector experience in affordable housing and community development to his work at the CDC. He previously worked in senior planning and development positions at the Cambridge Housing Authority and as a Senior Associate with Abt Associates Inc., a consulting firm based in Cambridge. Mike has a Master in City Planning Degree in from M.I.T. and earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College. mfeloney@swbcdc.org

Patricia Alvarez, Assistant Director
Pat serves as Program Manager for Southwest Boston CDC's Hyde Park Green team. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut, School of Social Work; and is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years experience in community organizing, program development, management, and organizational development. She has served as instructor and faculty advisor at Salem State College and Boston University Schools of Social Work. palvarez@swbcdc.org

Lauren Nadler, Project Manager
Lauren has a B.S. in Human Services from Lesley University and an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. She has worked for various CDC’s in the Boston area and served as a research assistant for Henry Joseph and Associates, a housing and community development consulting firm. In her free time, Lauren is an assistant coach for the MIT women's soccer team. lnadler@swbcdc.org

Ana Rodriguez, Office Manager
Ana Rodriguez has an extensive background in office administration for non-profit groups, having volunteered and worked for many years at the Blackstone Community Center in Boston’s South End, where she grew up and where her son Anthony attends high school. Ana brings a personal as well as professional commitment to her work, with a particular passion for working for and with people of low and moderate income. arodrigez@swbcdc.org

Christopher Knoper, Community Organizer
Chris has a B.S. in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University and recently earned a Master in Social Work degree at Salem State College. During graduate school he worked as a graduate intern for SWBCDC and the Department of Children and Families. He joined the staff in September 2009, with much of his work focusing on the Fairmount Greenway Initiative, part of Southwest Boston’s work with the Fairmount Indigo Collaborative. cknoper@swbcdc.org
