SWBCDC is partnering with Urban Edge CDC to develop Roslindale Field, a new construction development of mixed income condominiums for first time homebuyers.  This development will house 22 families, including 11 units set aside for families of more moderate means.

SWBCDC is working to identify additional affordable homeownership development opportunities in Hyde Park and Roslindale.
