Diana J. Kelly, Vice Chair


 Vice President Diana Kelly moved to Hyde Park from Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood in 2002. She is part owner of Maloney Properties, a company that manages over 6,000 units of resident-controlled and community-sponsored housing in Massachusetts, Vermont and Rhode Island. Diana has been a regional property manager at Maloney Properties since 1982, and presently oversees on-site property management operations at low- and mixed-income apartment complexes in Roxbury, the South End and Newport, R.I.

Diana is a graduate of Simmons College and has managed property for MB Management Corporation, the Commonwealth of Mass., Tenants’ Development Corporation and Greater Boston Community Development. She currently serves as the President of the Affordable Housing Management Training Foundation and has previously served on the Board of Directors of United South End Settlements; the Women’s Institute for Housing and Economic Development; and Casa Myrna Vasquez. Diana is a founding member of the New England Black Property Managers Forum.
