General membership is open to all persons eighteen (18) years of age or older who live or work in Hyde Park or Roslindale. Community members are welcome to participate in the work of several committees and affiliated efforts in which Southwest Boston CDC is involved. For more information on volunteering with any of the committees and affiliated efforts described below please call us at 617-364-7300.

Development Committee. Board members and concerned residents help staff to identify potential sites for development and potential development partners; select consultants to work on development projects; and monitor progress of development efforts.

Service and Organizing Committee. Board members and community volunteers oversee organizing campaigns and community service initiatives such as youth employment, foreclosure prevention, and environmental justice campaigns.

02136, All Things Hyde Park. Residents from neighborhoods around Hyde Park work on projects to unify and promote Hyde Park.
