Looking for work? We can help!
SWBCDC is a member of the Fairmount Indigo Network and the Fairmount Indigo CDC Collaborative (FICC). Collectively, we’re focusing on a range of efforts — but underneath it all is the idea that the neighborhoods that the Fairmount Indigo Line runs through deserve great transit, homes that residents there can afford, green spaces, arts and cultural activities, good jobs…we deserve a great quality of life!
FICC has just kicked off the Job Referral Network to link residents in our neighborhoods to jobs along the Fairmount Line. We have
developed strong relationships with businesses along the line who have openings.
It’s easy to sign up for the Job Referral Network
Just come into SWBCDC for a short meeting on Monday, Tuesday or Friday between 3 and 5 so that staff can collect some information. Then the program will help match you with relevant job openings and support you in getting an interview.
And if you get one of the jobs that are available…you can take the train to work!
